I’m gluten free, which really isn’t that big of a deal for me when I’m home; I’ve been doing this for a while. I know where to shop and have some great restaurants with gluten free menus in my community. But when I travel it’s not as easy, as gluten free selections seem to be few and far between. That definitely isn’t the case at the restaurants at Park City Mountain Resort. They source bread, muffins and other baked goods from a local bakery so they are fresh everyday.
